RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving the product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our support team at hello@tramora.com. Please note: Return shipping charges are not covered by Tramora. You may use any low-cost, trackable courier service to ship the product back to us.
You can return or exchange your Tramora product within 30 days of delivery, provided it is unused and in its original packaging.
To start the process, email hello@tramora.com with your order details.
We do NOT accept returns or exchanges for products that are:
- Used
- Missing original packaging
- Damaged due to abuse or negligence (e.g., exposure to chemicals, caustic substances, open flame, high heat, sharp objects, etc.)
- Damaged due to misuse or unintended purposes
Refunds are processed once the returned product is received and inspected at our warehouse to confirm it meets our return policy criteria. After approval, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
We ship duty-free to the US, Europe, and India. For other countries, any import taxes, duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs fees applied to exchanged items will be the customer’s responsibility. These charges are determined by the laws of the destination country and are beyond our control.
Refunds will not be issued for packages marked as "Return to Sender" (RTS). Refusing to accept a package without first initiating a return request with our team is considered an unauthorized return and may incur a restocking fee of up to 50% of the item’s retail value. Any fees or shipping costs associated with the unauthorized return will be deducted from any applicable refund. If the cost of the RTS package exceeds the order value, no refund will be provided.
Any shipping or customs charges billed to Tramora's shipping account without prior authorization will be charged to the customer.
Tramora is not liable for shipments sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer or for the customer’s failure to respond to carrier pickup instructions. Undeliverable orders will either be returned to sender or destroyed by the carrier and will not be replaced or refunded.
